Lafayette Citizens Band
William D. Kisinger, Musical Director

Bill Kisinger is an Associate Professor of Bands at Purdue University, as well as Musical Director of the Lafayette Citizens Band. He is also a virtuoso euphonium player. At Purdue, Bill is the director of the Collegiate Band, the American Music Review, and serves as Associate Director of the Purdue University "All American" Marching Band. Prior to his appointment at Purdue in 1969, he taught at high schools in both Illinois and Michigan, where all his groups received superior ratings in state competitions. Kisinger holds both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Illinois. A talented arranger with over 220 musical arrangements to his credit, Kisinger's music is played by the Purdue "All-American" Marching Band and the American Music Review (for more about Bill, see also the Home Page of Purdue Bands.)
